Special Requirements

We aim to ensure your graduation day is hassle free, stress free and the 'special day' you deserve. We understand that during this time you may have a requirement for your academic dress or require additional help on the day. 

Gowns

The size of your gown will be allocated based upon the height and chest measurements you provide and we can cater for variations in these. We are also able to provide adapted gowns to meet the needs of individuals, such as wheelchair adapted gowns. If you wish to highlight a requirement you may have, please highlight this requirement when ordering on the 'hire or purchase' options page of our online order facility.

Hats

We can provide hats to accommodate headwear or hair styling. When you measure your head circumference please do this wearing your hair or headwear as you will on the day.

Onsite service 

We are able to provide additional help, assistance or privacy on the day  but we do require you to notify us in advance preferably at least 2 weeks before graduation (if possible) to ensure we can meet your needs on the day.
