On the day orders

Missed the online ordering deadline?

Don't worry we will not let you go without. You will have the opportunity to order and collect on the day of your graduation ceremony.

What to do

On the day of your graduation go to the gowning collection desk. Inform a member of staff that you have not ordered and they will direct you to our 'pay on the day' desk. 

Information needed

To order your graduation gown on the day we will require:

• Full name
• Qualification (not course title) e.g. Bachelor of Art (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Permanent address
• Payment

Payment

For orders placed on the day of your graduation payment methods will be by cash and at some universities/colleges we can accept card payments but please check the accepted payment methods for your university beforehand. 

Cost 

The cost to hire or purchase is displayed at the ‘hire/ purchase’ stage of ordering. Orders on the day may be subject to a ‘surcharge’. This will be clearly highlighted on the website and by your university.
