My graduation has been cancelled / postponed?
Firstly we are so sorry if your university has had to make the difficult decision to cancel or postpone your graduation ceremony. If you have already hired your graduation robes we will do our best to help you during these challenging times.
Many universities have made the decision to postpone their graduation until autumn. We understand that some of these universities have not yet confirmed the amended dates but we know they are busy planning. We will be working closely with the university and update our ordering site in line with the new dates as soon as we have confirmation. We are therefore offering you the option to either transfer your order or cancel.
Can I transfer my order to the new graduation date?
If you have already ordered, to make it easy and to save time, we can transfer your existing order as soon as the new graduation ceremony dates and times are announced.
To transfer your order, all you need to do is let us know the new date and time of your ceremony. We will then make the change and email a confirmation. There is no time limit, we will hold your order until you have the details, and if you can't make your new date, we can cancel the order.
How do I request a refund?
To request your refund please visit our cancellation form (https://www.wippellgownhire.co.uk/cancel.htm) and complete all details. In particular we will require your order number, student id, full name and university name.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Our office is currently closed and therefore resource is currently limited with a demand for this service, therefore the refund process could take a minimum of 4 weeks.
