Order Confirmation

On completion of your online order you will receive an order confirmation

It is important that the information you have provided is correct. Your qualification award and ceremony details are vital, if these are incorrect it could result in the incorrect robes or the robes not being ready for collection.

Information

An order confirmation will be emailed to the email address you provide in the ‘personal details’ section of the online order. The order confirmation will contain:

Your ceremony date
Your ceremony time
Your qualification/degree award
Your contact and billing details
Your collection information
Your return information
Image of your robes

If you have not received a copy of your order confirmation please contact us and we will check your registered email address and re-send your order form. We would also recommend checking your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder.
