Condition
of Hire:
The
hirer shall be liable to J. Wippell & Co., Ltd. to the extent
of the full retail price, against loss of or damage to the garments
whilst in their possession.
The
robes must not be taken out of the country and should be returned
after the ceremony.
Should
you require to keep your robes after the ceremony, you must notify
our staff when you collect them, which might be liable to additional
charges.
Refunds:
Any
payment received for Robes subsequently not required will be refunded
in full, if you advise us within thirty days following the Ceremony
and include with your request a stamped, addressed envelope. For
refunds by credit card/debit card, the card number, expiry date
and security- number recorded on the back of the card next to
the signature is required. For refunds by cheque to whom the cheque
is payable is needed. The graduates name, Institution, date and
time of ceremony are also required.
Collection:
Your
hired or purchased robes will be available for collection at the
Alban Arena on the day of your ceremony. Robes are NOT posted.
For 10. 15 a.m. ceremonies collection is from 8.00a.m. for 2.30p.m.
ceremonies collection is from 10.30a.m. and for 7.00p.m. ceremonies
collection is from 3.00p.m. For the ceremony at 11.00a.m. on Saturday
22nd November 2003 collection is from 8.30a.m.
Returns:
Robes
hired for 10.15a.m. ceremonies to be returned to the Alban Arena
by 5.00p.m., 2.30 ceremonies by 7.00p.m. and 7.00p.m. ceremonies
by 10.00p.m.. The 11.00a.m. Saturday ceremony to be returned by
2.30p.m..
